Gina Salaris
Gina Salaris is a Finnish glass designer who, together with her workshop, produces functional, art and unique glass. The glass cabin's taste for life, the joy of success, sweat and excitement fuel Salaris' inspirations.
Salaris' product design offers bold and insightful solutions. New projects, challenging to achieve top performance in both art and consumer glass production, and respecting professional expertise and diversity are the foundations of Salaris' work. Salaris is fascinated by the bottomless unpredictability of glass.

Glass Blowing
The works are created in Nuutajärvi, where I work with glass together with my workshop. Each unique piece is handmade using various glassworking techniques, such as blowing, casting, and shaping. I finish the glass surface by engraving, sandblasting, silvering, and gilding.
